We stay attached after the start
Structured check-ins through the first 180 days. Every placement counts toward the published Hold Rate, and the Hold Guarantee is already in your agreement.
Terms, plainly
Standard market fees. Non-standard accountability.
Tethran charges standard professional fee structures — contingency fees for permanent placements, transparent markups for contract. The difference isn't the price; it's what's attached to it: the Hold Guarantee (free refill plus fee credits on any 90-day fall-off) in every agreement, and a public number that makes our performance your due diligence.
